| The pre-op, day-of, and aftercare that I received from Jade was First Class! Starting with the coordination of my transport to and from my doctors appointments, pharmacology, hotel, and the professionalism of the CNA's and RN's with med-supplies and equipment, i knew that if any serious medical issues had arisen, I was in good hands. Help was always available whenever I needed it, 24 hours a day. Plus, the upside to Jade was that I never felt like I was in a clinical setting. Not only were the nurses friendly and experienced but they took the time to get to know me and never made me feel like 'just another patient.' Initially only planning to stay two days, I extended my time with Jade to eleven nights for the nurses fun, company and their great food. The ambiance created by Jade's staff was fabulous and made for an extremely relaxing stay! Thank you again Jade, I will definitely be using your services again in the near future. | As you may remember, my wife recently had cosmetic surgery performed by Dr. Linda Li of Beverly Hills. In the course of preparation for that surgery Dr. Li recommended your services for “after-care” Not being familiar with all the nuances of cosmetic surgery I came to discover that most of cosmetic surgery is performed in medical suites on a same day basis but still requires some significant medical attention within the next 24 to 48 hours of recuperation. We decided to take Dr. Li's recommendation and am most glad that we did. All in all I was most impressed with your services, your attention to detail, your professionalism and the overall care of my wife during the recuperative process. In short I would, most assuredly, recommend your services to anyone contemplating the cosmetic surgery process. It was time, money and ease of mind well spent. I would not hesitate to engage your services again should the need arise. The convenience of the hotel rooms offered privacy and the requisite amenities without restricting the ability to provide any of the needed medical care. Immediately upon arrival there was another of your nurse personnel to meet my wife and help her settle into the room. I noticed the soft music and low lights designed to soothe rather than the somewhat harsh atmosphere present in most hospital environments today. Throughout our stay your staff was attentive and regularly checked and monitored my wife during her recovery. They were attentive, helpful and most of all professional in their conduct of duties of nursing personnel. I noticed a significant difference in attitudes and demeanors between your personnel and the personnel I have encountered at hospitals. The contrast was stark and significantly positive. Accompanying ones wife on her trip for cosmetic surgery can sometimes be problematic. For the caregiver there is no upside. In a very short period of time you and your staff allayed and fears I might have had about the care of my wife. I am convinced that she received care far and away superior to that of an accredited hospital and her speedy recovery both physically and mentally showed. Again, my thanks for the care you took in treating my wife. Her care is always my responsibility.
